SitRevo Refund Policy

At SitRevo, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our product and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

    •    The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

    •    A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    •    Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.


How to Request a Refund

    1.    Email our support team at support@sitrevo.com with your order number and reason for the return.

    2.    We’ll provide return instructions, including a return address.

    3.    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    4.    If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

    •    Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

    •    Return requests made after 30 days of delivery.

    •    Digital items or gift cards (if applicable).

    •    Items returned without prior authorization.


Shipping Costs

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    •    Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective SitRevo product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.
